• Important information
  • Accommodation is provided on the premises of the Center. The Center has several student houses (multi-bed dorm rooms with shared bathrooms).
  • Participation does not include the price of meals.
  • Meals are provided at special rates for workshop participants on the premises of the International Cultural Center, according to the option(s) selected in
  • The early bird price is valid until one month before the start of the camp.
  • Registration fees for applications submitted after that deadline increase by 15% of the total amount.
  • Installment payment option available.
  • After the final production on July 31, 2026, we will organize a social gathering and diploma ceremony, so please plan your departure from Grožnjan after all events or the following morning, August 1, 2026.
  • Upon arrival to Grožnjan, participants will have to present their passport or ID card, the original application form with a handwritten signature and/or parent's signature (depending on the participant's age), and proof of payment.
  • Along with personal items (towel, appropriate clothing for public performances, instrument, music stand), please bring proof of travel insurance.
