FotoKids is a five-day creative mobile photography workshop in Zagreb designed for kids and young people who want to develop their photography skills and creativity. Through practical challenges, storytelling, portrait photography and creative tasks, participants learn how to take quality photos while developing their observation skills and visual thinking.
The programme includes all educational materials, work in a professional photo studio and on location, mentorship, a guest lecture by professional photographer Damir Hoyka, a final mini exhibition, digital materials, workshop photos, as well as snacks and refreshments.
Participants should bring a smartphone with a camera, a charged battery and enough available storage space, a charger or power bank (recommended), a bottle of water and a positive attitude. WhatsApp should be installed so participants can share photos during the workshop.

Photographing people: portrait photography, working with light, and practical tasks in the studio and on location.

Storytelling through photography: how to tell a story and convey emotions through photographs.

Creative photo challenges: perspective, motion, light, shadow, and other fun photography techniques.
Friday
Mini exhibition and presentation: a quiz, preparing the final works, and presenting the best photographs to parents.
