The universal stand-up and rowing sports school (SUP) is adapted to girls and boys aged 13 to 18, and aims at comprehensive physical development and acquisition of basic sports skills. This type of school is usually tailored to children's abilities, and allows them to develop motor skills, coordination, strength, endurance and flexibility through play and fun activities. The goal is for children to acquire basic knowledge and skills by rowing on a board.
The program is designed to encourage the child's overall development - physical, emotional, social and intellectual. The focus is on developing a love for sports and a healthy lifestyle. It is possible to attend school individually and in small groups. After completing the course, participants are awarded diplomas.

The camp is designed and adapted for ages 13 to 18, and is intended for both girls and boys. The possibility of booking the school individually and in small groups. The price includes all accompanying costs such as the work of the coach, field rental, training equipment and diplomas. Participants should have adequate bathing equipment
