Summer goalkeeper camp

HRNK Zmaj Makarska Football School has over 280 members and is dedicated to the training and development of all age groups, from U9 to U19. Our students undergo year-round football training and compete in HNS and County Football Association leagues of Split-Dalmatia County. The head of the football school is Prof. Darko Vlatković, a coach with UEFA A and PRO licenses, a lecturer at the HNS Football Academy, and coordinator of the Omiš-Makarska Football Center at the County Football Association of Split-Dalmatia. Special emphasis is placed on goalkeeper training, which is conducted by former football goalkeeper and current goalkeeper coach, Vedran Čović. The goalkeeper camp, led by coach Vedran Čović, is scheduled for three training sessions per week. Each training session lasts 60 minutes, and over the three days of the camp, participants will go through different phases of learning the game of football from the goalkeeper's position: Basic techniques of playing as a goalkeeper with hands and feet, tactical actions of the goalkeeper on the basic line, 5-meter line, and in the penalty area. Playing with the feet in three zones, and tactical actions in playing with the feet as a goalkeeper. Exercises to improve agility, speed, and strength are also an important part of the program. In addition to physical training, theoretical sessions will be conducted to understand the rules of the game and tactical concepts. It is possible to divide the camp participants into groups based on their abilities.

The camp is intended for and adapted to ages 6 to 19 years, and is designed for both boys and girls. The program includes 3 training sessions per week. There is an option to book individual training sessions. The price includes all associated costs such as the coach's fee, field rental, training equipment, as well as certificates and special gifts for each participant of the entire camp. Participants need to have appropriate training equipment - sneakers and a water bottle.
