Summer basketball school

Apfel Arena Basketball School is a school for girls and boys. Our school has over 30+ members and is active throughout the year. Camp participants will have the opportunity to develop basic basketball skills such as dribbling, shooting, passing and defense. Game strategies are also taught, including positioning, movement without the ball and team play. The duration of one training session is 90 minutes, and during the 3 days of the camp, participants will go through different phases of learning the basketball game and work on improving agility, speed and strength. In addition to physical training, theoretical sessions will be conducted to understand the rules of the game and tactical concepts.The possibility of dividing players into groups according to skills.

The camp is designed and adapted for ages 6 to 12 years, and intended for both girls and boys.

The program includes 3 training sessions per week but it is also possible to book only one training session. The price includes all accompanying costs such as the work of the trainer, field rental, training equipment, as well as diplomas and special gifts for each participant of the entire camp.

Participants should have adequate equipment for training - sneakers, a water bottle and a towel.
