Exclusively for our camp, we offer entry to the control room, where you will get a firsthand look at how the telescope is operated. Familiarize yourself with the work of tracking small bodies of the Solar System, learn how the telescope is navigated via computer, how coordinates are defined, and how the Minor Planet Center catalog is reviewed. Experience the entire work process live, from setting coordinates to uploading data to the MPC.
