4SOBE Summer Camp

This summer, the Centre for Creative Development 4SOBE (4ROOMS) is once again organising a fun and engaging summer camp for children. The camp offers a weekly cycle of entertaining and creative workshops inspired by the Centre’s year-round programme, all held in a pleasant and safe environment and led by a team of professionals.

Through visual arts, drama and dance workshops, children will have the opportunity to explore their creativity, spark their imagination and express themselves through movement and play. All activities are led by qualified and academically trained instructors, while the programme has been developed under the mentorship of Darija Lorenci Flatz, a professional actress with a passion for dance and movement.

After gathering and breakfast, the day kicks off with a warm-up session featuring playful exercises to boost motor skills and overall fitness. This is followed by contemporary dance – ideal for both girls and boys – where various improvisation-based games help children develop their creativity through movement. Next comes the drama workshop, using acting games to have fun and encourage communication skills, resourcefulness and imagination!

Creative work also requires time to recharge – there’s a lunch break followed by some downtime with board games and cartoons. Art workshops follow, where children experiment with a variety of techniques – from drawing to working with clay – to express freely and create their own mini masterpieces! After a brief snack with fresh fruit and juices, the day wraps up with a second drama workshop, where children use improvisation games to create short, fairy tale scenes. The diverse and enriching 4SOBE Summer Camp programme fosters children’s imagination, communication, energy and confidence – and above all, promises loads of fun!
